The Sociedad Española de Químicos Cosméticos (SEQC) is a non-profit professional association that brings together more than 1000 people, mainly with a scientific background, who work in the cosmetics and perfume sector.
The SEQC will organize the 33rd IFSCC Congress in Barcelona, which will take place from 4 to 7 September 2023.
From 2022 the International Congress of the IFSCC (International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists) will be held annually and is considered the most relavant event of cosmetic science worldwide.
This edition will be a showcase for scientific work with the latest advances in basic and applied cosmetic research presented by the most prestigious investigations from universities, research centers, cosmetic companies and suppliers of raw materials. Under the slogan "Rethinking Beauty Science" the congress will address the most current and relevant scientific issues in the sector.
All this through conferences, posters, exhibitions, keynotes, workshops, dinners, cocktails that will bring together more than 1,500 attendees from the cosmetic scientific sector. It will be a good opportunity to meet and learn, teach, show and certainly share science, know-how, and wisdom for 4 interesting days in an incomparable setting as the Mediterranean. The congress will be completed with interesting working groups and an exceptional technical exhibition that will bring together the most relevant companies in the sector.
