The open cermony will be carried out by Ivan Borrego, General Manager at Beauty Cluster.

Ms. Teresa Riesgo, General secretary of innovation at Ministry of Science and Innovation (Government of Spain) will explain the new spanish strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation for 2021-2027 (EECTI), as well as the Pact for Science and Innovation agreed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation with scientific and academic, business and social associations. 

Additionally, Jaume Pey, managing director of Anefp (Asociación Española de Empresas de Autocuidado) will give some insights regarding the innovation and regulation within the pharmaceutical sector.
